Join us for a two-day groundwork clinic, designed to introduce you and your horse to the basics of clicker training. Safely learn practical and fun clicker training basic principles, and apply those principles to groundwork exercises.

FREE! Two-week online pre-clinic course for participants – a $79 value! Online course includes written and video lesson material, and video coaching via private Facebook group – helping clinic participants to make the most their clinic experience by getting a jumpstart on the basics. This course is also the prerequisite for all of Peggy’s other online courses which include – Riding Behaviors from Ground to Under Saddle, Stationing and Backing, Trainer’s Choice.

Clinic Cost (Participants must pre-register by Sept 28, 2015):

$200 Earlybird Registration (forms and payment must be received by Mon. August 31, 2015)

$250 Regular Registration (pre-registration required by Mon. Sept. 28, 2015)

$45 Earlybird Auditor (or $65 both days, forms and payment must be received by Mon. Sept. 28, 2015)

$55 Auditor (or $85 both days, if paid day of clinic)

Details: All admission prices include drinks and lunch. Participants may bring their own horse, or lease one of the gentle horses available onsite ($25/day). Covered stalls available, $10/day/night for visiting horses.

Bringing a horse: Please let us know in advance that you are planning to bring your horse, so we can prepare to comfortably accommodate him (or her). Current negative Coggins for each visiting horse must be presented for inspection before unloading horse from trailer – no exceptions.

Monday Mar 24, 2014 – 6:30pm – two topics on the program – ‘Strategic Deworming of Horses’ and ‘Care of the Older Horse’

There is a $5/adult charge to attend the meeting, youth attend for free. Pre-registration by phone or email is requested. Drinks and light snacks will be served. Speakers Mariah Pearson and Courteney Holland will be presenting via Auburn University videoconferencing.
